Digital crane load indicator systems are simple and easy to fit to cranes, consists off digital display with 4-5 digit display which contains the electronic controls, remote control with ON, OFF, TARE, MEMORY PLUS, RECALL MEMORY, CLEAR MEMORY, and one of the following weighing system.
Rope Clamp-on Load cell (Fig.1) is attached to the wire rope at the anchor point (dead end) making it ideal for installing on new or existing cranes or hoists. This system can also be supplied with any of the displays shown in the section “ displays”.
Dynamometric Axle Load Pin (Fig. 2)is fitted replacing the equalization pulley, the load pin is complete with load cell and cable This system can also be supplied with any of the displays shown in the section “ displays”.
Weighing Wedge. (Fig.3) This wedge socket replaces the standard existing wire rope wedge socket at the anchor point (dead end). This system can also be supplied with any of the displays shown in the section “ displays”.
Hook Block Load cell. (Fig.4) Two fitting solutions : The first one consists on integrating the system in the already built-in hook block of the operating crane, in this case the hook block should be sent to our factory for installation. The second one consists on producing a new hook block to replace the operating one.
Optional the display can be located on the trolley, bridge or the end carriage.Any of the displays shown in the section “ displays” can be operated by radio-transmission ( when using radio communication, the hook block will be mounted without display, in order to avoid errors and double readings).
